Here it is the Dockerty Blog. Thanks to our good friends Amy and Nick I have a cleaver title that is quite appropriate for my intentions with this blog. I would like to create a spot where you can go to see a few photos of what the "Younger Dockertys" have been up to. You can always link to our FLICKR photo stream to see ALL the photos but here you will get just a few photos and possibly a brief description of our latest adventures. I was inspired to start this blog after reading Amy's posts on her blog "You Don't Know Jack". You should check it out, not only is Jack adorable but she is quite Witty and her posts always make me laugh. I promise to provide cute photos but I do not promise to provide witty comments or perfect grammar, that is not my forte. I have been considering doing this blog for a long time now and thus am very behind on events/topics I want to post. In the next month or so I hope to "catch up" on our adventures of this summer. I still have two months in my current position at US BioEnergy and it appears as though I will have a lot of time on my hands to work on my blog. The nice part about not having any responsibilities at work anymore is that it has allowed me to enjoy many more hours with the kids this summer. And who can resist a beautiful summer day eating ice cream with the kids?

I love your new blog, Jen! It is terrific. All of your pictures are great, especially the title one of you and Em. Now I can add you to my blog roll.
I'm glad you liked the cleaver title that CK and I came up with. Here we thought we were coming up with clever ideas. Who knew? :) I wasn't sure if you made a spelling error in your first post on purpose or not, but it sure gave me a giggle.
Glad to have another blog to distract me at work!
